Colombia Visa-exempt Entry (short stays)
Not every traveller needs a visa to enter Colombia. Nationals of many countries — whose passports appear on Colombia’s visa-exemption lists (Lists A, B and C), plus certain special cases — may enter for short stays for tourism, business or leisure without applying for a visa. Visa-exempt entry is for short, non-permanent visits and does not allow paid work. Whether you are visa-exempt depends on your nationality, so always confirm on the official Cancillería requirements page before you travel.
Who is eligible?
- Nationals of countries on Colombia's visa-exemption lists (Lists A, B and C)
- Short-stay visitors travelling for tourism, business meetings or leisure
