What visa-exempt entry means
For short tourism, business or leisure visits, nationals of many countries may enter Colombia without applying for a visa. Colombia groups passports on visa-exemption lists (Lists A, B and C), and some special cases also apply.
No paid work
Visa-exempt entry is for short, non-permanent visits and does not allow you to take paid employment. If you plan to work, settle or study long-term you need the appropriate visa (Visitor V, Migrant M or Resident R).
