US Work Visas (H, L, O and more)

The H-1B is the main US work visa for specialty occupations โ€” roles that require highly specialised knowledge and at least a bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in the field. A US employer must sponsor you.

Important information

H-1B numbers are capped and allocated by an annual registration process, so timing and employer sponsorship matter โ€” confirm the current cycle before you apply.
